Château du Donjon is located in the south of France, in Bagnoles, in the Languedoc, 10 km from the medieval city of Carcassonne. On the hills of clay and limestone and terraces full of gravel, the Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault grow for this Mediterranean rosé. Delicious to serve at a barbecue and summer salads.
