On the background you can also smell some wild flowers. The grapes (Trebbiano, Malvasia and Rossetto) are handpicked in the vineyards of Mazziotti. You may find these on the scenic hills of volcanic Lago di Bolsena. An accessible wine that tastes best with a creamy pasta vongole or a fresh risotto with saffron.
