Alegra means happy in Spanish and that says everything about this wine. A pure Verdejo with all the heady qualities of this Spanish grape. Fragrances of passion fruit, lemon, lime and flowers, flavours of nuts, herbs and fruit. This wine is one of the showpieces of the winery of sisters Ruth and Ana de Andrés: The Andrés Sisters. They focus on organic, vegan and biodynamic wines and they work according to sustainable methods. One more reason to be happy with this wine. Perfect during a summer evening with summer dishes, such as a fresh risotto with shellfish, pasta salad or smoked salmon.
